Recipes for hair strengthening





A homemade recipe easy to make:


ingredients:

1:  egg
3 : tablespoons yogurt

2 : tablespoons olive oil

(Egg and yogurt contain proteins that help strengthen and rebuild your hair.

Olive oil and egg yolk and soften your hair.
)

2 : teaspoons of honey
 
(Honey is a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture from the air and help your scalp and hair follicles to keep it. It also has antioxidant, antimicrobial and antibacterial).

1 : capsule of vitamin E (400 IU) or equivalent in vitamin E oil
2 : drops Cedarwood Essential Oil *
2 : drops cedar essential oil *

(Oils of cedar wood and cedar essential are nutritious and are known to promote hair growth. You can also substitute other essential oils, but again, you want to make sure that you use only pure oils, therapeutic grade.)

* You really want to be careful where you get your essential oils from.

instructions:

1) In a bowl, beat the egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2) Apply to dry hair, making sure to coat all your hair. Focus especially on the ends, but apply over the full height of your scalp.
3) Pin up hair and let sit for 30-60 minutes.
  You can also use a shower cap or cover your head with a film to generate more heat and help the mask penetrate deeper.
4) Wash and condition hair.
5) you use it once a week or two.
 
   The result:

  your hair is much shinier and stronger and your problems with the break seems to have stopped.
